Your Mission

Your mission is to take ownership of sales admin procedures for our existing portfolio. You’ll manage a step-by-step process, using your administrative knowledge and organisational skills to move items through the stages. To achieve this, you’ll complete various detail checks, order forms and submissions. You’ll liaise with internal and external partners to overcome challenges and verify information, ensuring at all times that the CRM is kept up to date and accurate.

With the support of our sales team, you’ll ensure our customers get the most of what our products have to offer. This could include contacting customers about upgrading their existing services, advising them on additional products or engaging with brand new customers about how we can help them with their sustainability.

You’ll support customers with booking appointments, ensuring they are receiving the right service and scheduling it in our dedicated engineering CRM. You’ll add clear and accurate information to bookings to aid our engineers in the field, whilst supporting them with other ad-hoc needs as required.

As a key player in this new team, you’ll be invited to share your ideas for processes and improvements, helping to shape the department and its successes.

Your Role

  • The purpose of this role is to complete outbound B2B cold calling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across the UK with an aim to assist them with their energy management needs, offering bespoke solutions to save customers money, time and reduce their carbon footprint.
  • Full 360 Sales Cycle. Energy Consultants create and develop B2B leads, selling available services and products to clients ranging from SME – high value/corporate.
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients.
  • Provide high levels of internal and external customer care and bring to the attention of your manager any problems that arise on an ongoing basis.
  • Be responsible for and manage a calling strategy – industry and geographical.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders alike.
  • Present a supportive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude towards the job, the company, and your colleagues.

Metering Engineer – Gas

You are a qualified gas engineer, with at least 3 years of experience. You understand how gas infrastructure works in large multisite organisations and what scenarios can increase consumption and in turn wastage.

You will have some knowledge of gas monitoring equipment including loggers and metering including U6 up to U160, experience in rotary and turbine work would be beneficial.

You will be used to working on active sites and have a personal and approachable manner.

 

What does the role entail?

The role will require you to complete site surveys and installation across the UK.  This could be a simple smart meter install, dual fuel meter installs or installation of our non-intrusive EMS solutions.

Working alongside our sales and energy management team you will be our representative on a customers site, guiding and facilitating customers to upgrade their metering and monitoring capabilities.
