As our strategy for growth continues, we are looking to add a Customer Win-Back Consultant. This role is dedicated to finding out why the business has lost a customer and when their new contract ends. The role is designed to capture data and create a pipeline of quotable opportunities for future months and years.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Trustworthy. You’ll be privy to confidential information and will be trusted to keep this to yourself.
  • Resilient. You need to not fear making 100 calls and the job is not done when you get one result a day, you need to keep going and finding more results.
  • Passionate. You’ll be passionate about understanding our customer needs and delivering excellent outcomes.
  • Can Do/Will Do. You have a positive mindset and embrace the unknown whilst keeping the end goal in mind.
  • Learner. There are so many things to learn out there and you love picking up new skills and learning new ways of doing things.

Must have:

  • B2C or B2B sales experience. 6 months +
  • Microsoft Office skills required, particularly Excel.
  • Effective communications with staff and customers.

 

Salary up to £25,000 (depending on experience)

Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Based Sunderland
