The Role

As our customer base continues to grow, so does our commitment to delivering efficient and valuable customer journeys. We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our varied email communications. Your primary focus is not just sending emails but ensuring their success. You will be responsible for optimising email communications to increase deliverability, open rates, and outcomes. Working closely with teams across the business, you will contribute to the enhancement of our customer experience and sales funnel by aligning email content with the customer journey.

Email Campaign Management:

  • Develop, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns to support the customer journey.
  • Work with our Communications Specialist to ensure content is up to date, engaging and with clear CTAs.

Performance Measurement:

  • Monitor and analyse key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Set and achieve ambitious targets for email campaign success.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Understand and manage IP scores to optimise email deliverability.
  • Utilise SEO best practices in email content.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics to gather insights and enhance campaign performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Create detailed reports on email campaign performance.
  • Extract actionable insights from reports and implement changes to improve results.
